Cancellations & Refunds
-Lessons may not be cancelled due to rain, weather or river conditions, but may be cancelled if the conditions are deemed to be dangerous, this will be
at the discretion of Brett Sands Watersports and not at the discretion of the client.
-Lessons may be cancelled due to an insufficient number of clients booked in, this will be at the discretion of Brett Sands Watersports and not at the discretion of the client.
-All customers will be given a refund or a credit if the lesson is cancelled by Brett Sands Watersports, the credit must be used within one year from the date the lesson is cancelled.
-Refunds will be given to clients if they cancel their lesson, providing they give Brett Sands Watersports at least 14 days prior notice from their
lesson date. If the client fails to do so payment and/or gift voucher value will be forfeited. This includes all reasons and is not exclusive to
injury and or personal matters. The client must speak to a Brett Sands Watersports staff member about cancelling their lesson by calling 03 5482
-If client fails to arrive on the day for their lesson then they will also forfeit their payment and/or gift voucher. This includes all reasons
and is not exclusive to injury and personal matters.
-Gift Vouchers/Lessons may be transferred to another person if the original client (who's name is on the voucher and/or booking) speaks to a Brett
Sands Watersports staff member about transferring their lesson and/or gift voucher by calling 03 5482 1851.
